Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Aksh and get-aksh.com. Aksh is provided by Pushpankar, trading as Aksh Software, a sole proprietorship in India (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Contact: hey@get-aksh.com.

By installing or using Aksh, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract to make a purchase. If you purchase for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so.

Licence

An Aksh Plus purchase grants one individual a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Aksh for personal and commercial work on multiple devices. A licence may not be shared between users, including employees of the same organisation.

Plus is a one-time purchase. It includes:

There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Any renewal price and update period will be shown before you pay. Licence activation and deactivation require an internet connection.

Permitted use

You may install Aksh on your devices and keep backup copies. Keep your licence key private. You may not distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or share the software or your key; bypass licence controls; or use Aksh unlawfully.

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Aksh except where applicable law permits it. Open-source components included with Aksh remain governed by their own licences.

Ownership

The application and its branding belong to Aksh Software or its licensors. Purchasing a licence does not transfer ownership of the software to you.

You retain all rights to your documents and other content. Using Aksh does not grant us ownership of that content.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are made through Polar, our merchant of record and reseller. The price, currency, and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Polar handles payment collection and billing under its Buyer Terms; Aksh Software provides the software licence and product support.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for the request process and what happens to a refunded licence.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the information handled when you use Aksh, visit the website, activate a licence, or contact us.

Warranty and liability

Aksh is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep backups of important work, particularly when using alpha or beta releases.

Where permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software. Our total liability for claims relating to a Plus licence is limited to the amount paid for that licence.

These exclusions do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be limited. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

Termination

We may terminate a licence for a material breach of these terms. If the breach can be remedied, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Immediate action may be taken for fraud, unlawful conduct, or licence abuse.

If your licence is terminated or refunded, you must stop using Aksh under that licence. This does not transfer ownership of your documents to us or authorise us to delete them.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will publish the revised date on this page. We will give notice and obtain agreement where required by law. Changes will not retrospectively reduce the perpetual-use right or update period included in an existing purchase.

Indian law governs your agreement with Aksh Software. Disputes may be brought before courts or consumer commissions with jurisdiction under applicable law. Any mandatory protections available where you live continue to apply.
